I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. I NEED these files!
Hi @lityum! Did you check the spam folder of your Dropbox’s email address? Have you added firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts?
If you have any linked devices to that account, double check their notifications, too. You may be able to find the one-time code there.

I have for a long time an account and i have never activate the two step verification. Now I am trying to log in and i have problem because I have to write down an extra 6-digit code but nothing comes to my email which I have as a username at my dropbox account. How can I skip that?
