I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. I NEED these files!
Hi @lityum! Did you check the spam folder of your Dropbox’s email address? Have you added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts?
If you have any linked devices to that account, double check their notifications, too. You may be able to find the one-time code there.

Thanks for the ticket number, @lityum! Did you also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, and checked the notifications on any linked devices?

That’s that mail that I would like to access
I have for a long time an account and i have never activate the two step verification. Now I am trying to log in and i have problem because I have to write down an extra 6-digit code but nothing comes to my email which I have as a username at my dropbox account. How can I skip that?

Hey @lityum, before we reach out to you, if you have access to the email associated with your Dropbox account, can you try to reset your password, to see if that bypasses the 6 digit code?
And @DIMITRIS4, can you also try the same, to see if that helps?
