Hello
I forgot my dropbox password and i use this link https://www.dropbox.com/forgot but i got this error "Too many incorrect attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."
I didnt receive any email about reset password.
please help

My password no longer works.
I've tried resetting my password, but keep getting the message "Too many incorrect attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."
I wait 24hours, sometimes weeks, but still get this message and can not reset my password.
Please can anyone help.

I do have access to the email address connected to the account.
It's also the account connected to my personal account.

hi guys, Iv been trying on an off the entire day i need to access my account urgently and i have no support email or contact number, how many minutes is "Please try again in a few minutes" how can i fast forward this process ?
