My 1 BT was full and then I switched to my wife's family plan of 2BT.  However, I still cannot store any pictures.  Please help.

Hello! Can you describe how you are trying to store your pictures? Is this on a computer or mobile device, and are you getting an error, or just looking for instructions on how to move or copy pictures to your Dropbox account?
