hi i received 100 gb free offer for 12 months , i want to know what will happen to files after 12 months when this offer will be over for me ? i will looose my files or they will be accessible?

Nothing will happen to your files after the passage of these 12 months. Dropbox will not delete any of them.
If your Dropbox account becomes over quota all that should happen is that syncing stops, so you won't be able to add or edit content to the account until you make space in the account.
