On my plan page, it is claimed that I have 2,1 GB of standard files (and 0 GB of shared files). I've just created my account, I've added nothing, or at least not that I am aware of. On my home page, there are no files whatsoever besides an empty shared file that I created. What is going on ?....

Hey @wayneferro, could you let us know what exactly is reported in your plan tab?

Also, do you see any files or folders taking up space in your homepage or your backups page?

Thanks for the additional info @wayneferro1

Can you send us a screenshot of the exact message/error you're getting about your account being out of space so that we can have a visual too?
