I keep receiving messages to free up space on hard drive. What can I do?
Hi everyone,
I keep getting a message that says i need to free up space on my hard drive. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you're receiving a message asking you to free up space on your hard drive, in order to continue syncing content with the app.
Have you tried using selective sync, by any chance? Would that work for you?

l am having same problem. Keeps telling me to upgrade my account because it is full. It is completely empty moved all files and still didn't help.

Can you check your plan tab of your account settings, and let me know what it reports?
Is there a chance that you've enabled Backups for your account?
