I'm not receiving notice when my storage is full

pretty much as the subject says. Every box in the notification settings is ticked and the storage space is full, yet i'm not receiving any mail notification.

I was trying to get sent a mail reminder as a proof of concept. What am I doing wrong?

Btw I'm using the basic version, 2gb

Hi @eskere, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

The email notifications might not come through immediately when you go overquota, as they may take a little time to be sent out.

Just in case, have you added no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list, and checked your junk folder in case the email went there?
