Why not? What happens when you try? Are you getting an error message? Have you tried a different browser? etc. Without more information it's difficult to suggest how the issue might be resolved.

When I open DropBox up with Safari my Vault folder is greyed out. I have no problems with accessing the folder with the app on my phone, but can not access on computer. No error messages. I can access through the Chrome browser. Thanks for the reply.

Hi @dustdog0, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

This is a bug imho. It is only greyed in the left rail tree. It still works in the central column.
If you navigate to the root you will see the folders in the central column including the vault folder.

Just click on it and it will prompt the pin.

Worked for me

I also see it greyed out on the list at the left, and it was available on the central, main list, using Safari. After accessing the Vault from the central list (entered the PIN, opened the Vault), the left pane now shows the Vault as available. Therefore, I assume this is a session-based unlock that will not event let us click on the Vault link on the left if the Vault was not unlocked prior to that.

I am having the exact same issue... I can see the Vault folder on the leftside menu, but it is greyed out, and I cannot click on it. No problem accessing it on mobile device.  It's just not available on the web in any browser I have tried.

Hi @bmt10, are you able to access your Vault from the main window, and not from the left sidebar?
