I want to download my data files and close my account.
There is at the end of the job a problem with two files. After downloading on my pc appears the message:
Why it is not possible to download and open the ZIP-file??

Can you let me know how large your download is? Is it within the web download limits?
If so, make sure to try a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that gives you a different behavior.

Both files have 24 GB together, but I can see nowhere the size of the single file???
You should be able to see the size of your files in Dropbox, by following the steps here.

where can I see hom many files there are in the folder?

Hey Willy, you can follow the steps in the article I linked in my previous response, to calculate the size of your folders.
But there's no way to count your files through Dropbox at the moment.
