Hello,
I am putting play on a record (music) and when the iPhone is turning off to stand by position the recording files stops playing, I deleted and installed the App again but it doesn't work.
I also add the files to offline but this issue happens whether the iPhone is online or offline.
I was listening to music after the stand by on the iPhone was working without any issues, so what can I do ?
Please assist me in this matter.
Kind Regards,
Panda13
Hey @Panda13, welcome to the Dropbox Community.
When you say 'standby mode', do you mean when the app is open in the background and the phone is locked?
I have no trouble previewing audio files in the background, after testing this on my end.
Which version of the Dropbox app do you have installed? You can see this if you tap on 'account' > gear icon > 'app version'.
Can you also try to clear the app's cache from the same tab there, to see if that helps?
Let me know how it goes!
