I can not get into Drop Box and neither can my co worker. Is all of Drop Box down?

Hey @Bryan L.12, I hope you’re doing well!

 

If I get this right, you’re having trouble accessing the files on your Dropbox web account, correct? 

 

Can you let me know what steps have you tried so far, so that I can suggest something else perhaps?

We can not enter to a lot of our files most of them where the pictures are

Hi @Curls and Fros, the general site outage was resolved yesterday. Are you still experiencing this, or some other issue?

Hi Nancy.

 

Thank you for the quick response. I tried everything suggested in this thread without any luck. I'm not sure why I did this last but I finally checked https://status.dropbox.com only to realize that there was a temporary issue with Dropbox. Once that issue was resolved I was back in business.
