Hello @Puma-Hosa, thanks for checking in with us - welcome aboard.
You can see the size of folders and files from the website by following these steps.
On the desktop app, you can click on each file to view its size. If you want a list of the size of both folders and files, you can navigate through your Dropbox folder via your File Explorer/Finder, as you would with any other folder on your computet.
Finaly, on the mobile app, you can see the size of files underneath each one when viewed as a list, but not for folders. Your folders will show their size if you've chosen to have them available for offline viewing.
I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions, just give me a shout. Cheers!

Hi,
Yes, I knew how to view the file size that way. But that wasn't my question.
My question is, I guess it's more of a Request For Enhancement, why when I go to the main screen to view my files, in the desktop version, can't I also see the file size. It's done in the mobile version so why isn't done in this version.
Why can't the developers add in a column for the file size.
The left hand navgiation pane is huge. They can probably cut close to a third of its size if it's a space issue.
Why do I have to do extra clicks to find that information when it can easily be added in like another column.
If your familiar with Windows Explore then you'll know what I mean.
Ah, thanks for clarifying that, @Puma-Hosa!
You're right, when you go to the Dropbox desktop app on your computer, there's no option to see the size of files (unless you click on them).
However, I do understand where you're coming from and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Whether positive or negative, it definitely helps us improve.
I understand that this may not be the reply you were looking for, but let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything I can help with. In the meantime, I hope you have a lovely day ahead!
