Da 3 giorni dropbox desktop su windows non sincronizza i file. potete aiutarmi? grazie

Ciao, grazie per la risposta.

La versione di Dropbox è 187.4.5691

Il sistema operativo è Window11

da 4 giorni lo stato di sincronizzazione dell'app era "sincronizzazione di 17.500 file in corso". stamattina ho disintallato e reinstallato l'app e adesso lo stato è "indicizzazione di 207.132 file in corso"

The operating system is Window11

for 4 days the app's sync status was "syncing 17,500 files". This morning I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now the status is "indexing 207,132 files"

Puoi fare clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sulla cartella Dropbox locale, selezionare "Proprietà" e inviarmi uno screenshot della finestra successiva che verrà visualizzata?

Lo stato di sincronizzazione dell'app desktop ha fatto progressi rispetto al tuo post precedente o è ancora bloccato nell'indicizzazione di 207.132 file?

 

Se aggiungi un piccolo file nella cartella Dropbox locale, si sincronizzerà con il tuo account web?

Has the desktop app’s syncing status made any progress since your previous post, or is it still stuck indexing 207,132 files?

 

If you add a small file within your local Dropbox folder, does it sync to your web account?
