I have a new smartphone A52 5G. I've installed DropBox app but I don't have the Export feature on ALL my files.

The export feature is now under sharing.   Go to sharing and the menu will show export file, then will give you option to save to device.

Hey @hanbar, thanks for joining us here on the Community!

Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the options you have for a file, so I can check this out?

Thanks!

Hello Hannah

After clicking on the 3 dots (options) for ANY file I'm getting the following list of actions for the file and as you can see the EXPORT option is missing

Sorry to jump in here, and thank you for the screenshot @hanbar!

Can you try what @James h.46 suggested, and click under Share?

You should be able to see the option there, if not let me know.

I'm not finding the export option either... from anywhere, including 'share'! Help!

Hi @rodwoman,

Try an "alternative" way. May help to you. Select and hold (for a second or two) on the file you want to export/download (not just a touch). The file will get selected; here you can select more files, if you want to do it at once. Next, select the ellipsis (three dots) at upper-right corner on the screen. One of possible choices there is "Save to device". 😉 On the next step you will take chance to select where to export the selected.

Hope this helps.
