Cannot view all my folders locally from the File Explorer, but can see them online.
Device N/A Operating System/Browser (if using the web) N/A Dropbox App Version (if using the app) N/A Syncing Status N/A Question or Issue Recently moved to new Windows 11 laptop. Able to download DB for desktop and also access DB via Edge. However, when I used File Explorer to view/add content to my folders, I can only see 9 of them (and I show 24 folders online). Saw a support article about Selective Sync. I've never used it. But in troubleshooting I thought I should at least check to see if it may have been a default. Cannot find it! So 2 questions: 1) how do I find SS? 2) how do I make sure all 24 folders are viewable on File Explorer and DB desktop app?
Changing email address in Dropbox Business when sharing a file. Is it normal?
I have noted that if send out a file share to an employee using their company email account and that employee either saves it to his personal dropbox or to either his desktop or documents file which is set in his personal dropbox account to synchronise across his devices and dropbox that the email address for the invite in the business dropbox account changes to his personal email. Is this correct and Normal and are their any security settings that prevent this.
What is happening to the Dropbox Send & Track feature?
I bought DropBox ONLY because it had the Send and Track feature. Am I correct in understanding, that: That it no longer functions and I should another service, open a separate account (both DropBox AND Send and track subscription) or what should I do? That I cannot find my old reports? Because no matter where I look, I cannot find anything on videos that I previously had connected to Send and Track. I am puzzled.
I keep seeing camera uploads notifications every time I launch my Windows 10 computer.
How do I stop getting DropBox messages about "Camera uploads"? I do not want camera uploads but every time my desktop (Win 10) wakes up, it has those messages all over my screen. I can provide a screengrab if necessary.
