I'm having the same problem that I had 2 years ago when trying to set up Dropbox Passwords on my Pixel 7 (ticket #23077274). I had to delete the app from my phone and am now trying to re-install it on the same phone. I am getting the same error message that I did before: Oops! An error has occurred, please try again later. I tried everything that was recommended before, including: uninstalled both Dropbox and Dropbox Passwords apps, then reinstalled cleared cache for Dropbox Passwords (then uninstalled Dropbox Passwords app and reinstalled) disconnected from Dropbox Passwords For Android under the security tab (then uninstalled Dropbox Passwords app and reinstalled) verified that only 2 devices (including this Pixel 7, as far as I can tell) are tied to my account Would love help getting this set back up again.92Views0likes11CommentsHow to turn off automatic log in on phone?
I need to be able to log into my dropbox account on someone else's phone, I think it's an android, using a chrome browser. It keeps automatically logging me into their account, even when I try to cancel it, it goes thru, I see no way of turning off this auto log in feature anywhere. Can you help me?32Views0likes2CommentsI can't log in on my Android mobile app; the code I receive is getting rejected.
When I log in on my Android tablet, the newly sent code at the two factor authentication is recognized as incorrect. I tried it several times with a code that kept being requested again and again. At some point, when you try to log in again, it will be displayed that the email or password is incorrect. Then restarted the tablet and tried again - without success. What else can I do? Hi, I appear unable to do this on an Android device or phone, I have personal files on my Desktop that I do not want to be shown at all on an Android device, but when downloading the app and logging in all the files are displayed. I see this has been requested since 2015 through to 2020 but don't see a suitable solution. Anyone advise a way around it? ThanksSolved2.3KViews0likes10Comments
