No Download Option
Hello, I use to be able to download my folders by right clicking and choosing the download option or choosing the download file option when the folder is open. I no longer am given the option to download. The only options I am getting is to share, open, delete, rename, etc. I prefer to download the folders and not copy or move out of dropbox. 0.0 kb/sec -- even when network monitor shows 13mb/sec
Since yesterday anything I try to upload/download Dropbox says will take 2+ days. Granted, it's taking a REALLY long time on everything, but while claims it's moving files at 0.0 kl/sec, according to my network monitor I'm seeing fluctuating rates as high as 13mb/sec. Unable to download files from shared link; always shows "incorrect email or password"
Hi Friend. My client share a link and I want to download the shared files. But after I enter the password on the download file page, it always shows that the password is wrong. Even if I confirm the password is correct. Btw, When I click "create an account" and "forgotten your password?" nothing happens. The file is about 40MB I try to reset the password. It doesn't work. Can you explain the bandwidth/download limit for shared links?
Hello , i intent to use a shared link on a mobile app , the content is only around 5kb , but i dont have an idea about how many times exactly the link will be fetched by users (programmatically) (100k to 500k users, 1 time per session ) , up to the documentaion ,on our plan the limit is 400 giga bandwith and unlimited donwloads daily , which will fit our requierments . Awhile back I used SmartSync to free up disk space. I'm now trying to ensure all files are on the local disk rather than only online. Is there a way to accomplish this? One idea: under preferences in the Dropbox.com settings I found an option to drop the Dropbox file extension, which "allows Dropbox to store files as online-only to save hard drive space." When I toggle it on without saving, I'm told "The system extension will be uninstalled and you’ll be signed out of Dropbox on all devices within the hour. When you sign back in, you can choose what folders to download from Dropbox.com. You will no longer be able to make files online-only." How can I download files from a shared link that no longer works?
Hi, I have a dropbox link that was sent to me in 2015 by my wedding photographer and at the time I saved the photos from it on a HD but its corrupted now. I still have the original link but I get an error when I click on it (Attached error image). Is there a way to retrieve those pictures? can not copy many files from share links even if I have a plus account
I have a plus account, and I want to copy the files from others' shared link, but the website said there were too many files to save to dropbox and refused to let me copy them. In fact, there are more than 10000+ files in the entire folder, and the entire folder has 400G.
