How can I create local copies of my files on the Mac Dropbox app?

I have selective sync and everything is online. I want to create a local copy. How do I do that? I donot want to go folder by folder and say keep a local copy. I want to still have all folders on line just to keep a local copy of every thing in simple action. I am also considering keeping a synced copy on my Ugreen NAS. How do I do that? Device (Mac mini m4 / iMac m1 etc.) Syncing Status Up to date Question or Issue Hi all, my team and I are using dropbox via the integrated app system in the Mac finder. We have been using this for years with little to no issues, until last week we started having an issue where team members would upload or edit files, and these would not be visible to anyone else but themselves. I have found that manually clicking on the dropbox icon (in the top right) to check for sync errors, resulted in it saying that all sends were up-to-date, but if you clicked pause for 30 mins, and then immediately resumed, it would then sync said files. In some cases also, the files would sync after 24 hours on their own. Has anyone got any ideas as to why this might be happening, and if so how to make sure all dropbox remain synced please, I would be extremely grateful. Many of my dropbox folders have Selective Sync conflicts. This includes my Downloads folder, which means I cannot see or access any new or existing downloads. Which, in turn, means I cannot download a new Dropbox app for MacOS 15.7. Previous threads on this topic seem to boil down to "you shoudn't have used Mac Migration Assistant, and now you have to sort through your whole dropbox manually." Is there any better advice? Any why in the world is there no warning about this? Surely it happens every day!
Tons of 'Selective sync conflict' folders created when migrating to a new Mac M4pro
Device Mac M4pro Operating System/Browser (if using the web) MacOS 15.1 Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 236.4.5918 Syncing Status Up to date There are hundreds of folders with "selective sync conflict" when migrating my dropbox to the new Macbook pro M4pro. Some of them are empty but some are not. I couldn't locate my original files. I found that the folders I saw online didn't appear in my Finder. How do I resolve this and consolidate all my folders and files?
Dropbox keeps on trying to upload 'dbx.external.drive' on MacOS 15.6
Hi. I've tried to clear out all of my backups from Dropbox. I was previously backing up two external drives, but I don't want to do that anymore. So I've deleted the drives from the Backup Manager page, no problem. But when I hit 'Sync' on my Dropbox app, it's creating a file under .dropbox/logs/1 that fills with small files until my entire hard drive is full. I went in and deleted all of these files once (144GB!), which didn't seem to affect functionality of anything, then it immediately went to fill it back up again. The only file it says "Syncing" in the app is dbx.external.drive. I'm on a Dropbox Professional Plan, using a Mac Studio running 15.6 Sequoia. Using version 236.4.5918.

Help with selective sync and freeing up space on my Mac
I am on the free dropbox plan, using a Mac with the dropbox app. My hard drive is full and I have deleted almost everything but seeing that my dropbox folders are being copied to my hard drive in addition to being on the web. Selective sync should allow me to not have the folders downloaded on my hard drive but none of the instructions allow me to do it. I'd appreciate any help.
