Referral ineligible for no apparent reason
Dropbox Plan Basic Device Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Windows 11 Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 238.4.6075 Question or Issue I sent referral invitations to friends and colleagues, three of them registered and installed the app. I'm sure that at least two of them did it on computers where Dropbox had never been installed(the other is not sure) and with new email addresses, but I did not receive the 500 MB for any of the three, and the status of all of them is "ineligible". I read all the conditions for receiving the bonus and they have all been met, so I don't see why I wasn't given it.Ineligible referrals possibly due to sharing the same network. What can I do?

But my referral was deemed ineligible. I suspect it is due to sharing the same WiFi network. We are both students using the department's WiFi. There were many similar cases before, and I brushed them off because I was too lazy to come here for support. But after so many ineligible friend referrals, I need to seek support here.
My (free) Dropbox account appears to have lost its extra referral space.

I have a number of not-for-profit files on the system, which are now under threat because Dropbox is now saying I only have a 2GB allowance. This came about after I uploaded some files on a temporary basis and hit my maximum storage space. This was quickly addressed, but I seem to have lost the space that I previously enjoyed, having earned it via referrals. I need to know whether or not it is recoverable, as I will have to make other arrangements for my not-for-profit activities if it isn't recoverable.

He created an account and installed the app, but it says that is he is ineligible. He has never used Dropbox before and this mac was just bought from the store. Can you look into it, please?

Hi, I just set up my Dad's brand new computer we bought from Lenovo and I referred him to Dropbox. Followed all the steps and it says he is ineligible. This is a new computer (not refurbished etc) that has not have dropbox installed before and he has never had a dropbox account before. What went wrong?
Issue with the 500 MB Referral Bonus. "Waiting for installation" status.
How does the Dropbox referral program work to get the 500 MB bonus? I sent a link to a friend, they created an account using the link, installed the application, and logged in with the same email. Two referrals reported as "Ineligible. What can I do?
Dropbox Plan basic Device HP G9 Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Win10 Question or Issue I recently send a referral link to two friends, inviting them to join Dropbox. I know both of them never used (nor registered to) Dropbox, but both of them are now marked as "uneligible". I do believe this is not the case: it is possible they showed your systems my same IP address, because in both cases they were using my WiFi at my office, which hides the internal clients' IP address and only shows a single IP address (NAT) to the rest of the Web. Can you kindly further investigate? Thanks.
