I'm currently using Dropbox Extra Plan and my partner really interested to have one. Is it possible upon request? By the way we are from Malaysia and I did received this offer. I am helping my mom with cancelling a number of recurring subscriptions and the most difficult one has been this drop box account. I keep cycling through how to cancel a dropbox account trial/account but nothing is working. There is no billing history in the account and the subscriptions page says she is on dropbox basic online. she is charged via card and gets an annual email with the last email saying: "our subscription will renew on August 24, 2025, and you’ll be charged $130.01 on that date and again each year, until you cancel. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, access your account settings You may also contact support at any time." but when I click the apps it send me on a goose chase. HOW CAN I CANCEL? In the meantime, I purchased a new Dell computer at Costco about 9 months ago. I have heard that Dell offers a promotion with Dropbox for additional free storage for one year. The instructions say to log into my DB account from the Dell computer to begin that promotion. When I log into DB, there is no option to begin a Dell promotion. Today I got a bank notification that DROPBOXINT had taken £95 from my account, via PayPal. But I am on the free version... so after checking my account was still the free version, I checked with Paypal and apparently, they have been taking the charge for three years. N/A Question or Issue I used to have a paid subscription for Dropbox and downgraded a while ago but I only just noticed that Dropbox is still billing me every month (roughly $11.99). Under my account info, it says I have the free, basic account. There is nothing under the Billing tab. No bank/credit card information or past statements are listed. I've used the invoice look-up tool and the charges are associated with the correct email for my one and only account even though it is supposedly the free version.
