Dropbox still billing me after I've downgraded to the Basic plan.

Question or Issue
I used to have a paid subscription for Dropbox and downgraded a while ago but I only just noticed that Dropbox is still billing me every month (roughly $11.99). Under my account info, it says I have the free, basic account. There is nothing under the Billing tab. No bank/credit card information or past statements are listed. I've used the invoice look-up tool and the charges are associated with the correct email for my one and only account even though it is supposedly the free version. Since I have the basic account, I cannot call to cancel. What is the best way to fix this?

    Can you try to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

    If you open an incognito or private window, where you aren't logged into any Dropbox account, you can submit a ticket via this support page.

    Once you've sent your request, feel free to send me the ticket number, in order for me to locate it on my end. Having said all that, if you come across an issue, I'll be more than happy to reach out to you instead.
