How can I share a file with others to download via DocSend?
Question or Issue I am a new user. I have already uploaded documents. I just need to know how to allow someone from outside my account to access the files so they can download them, in simple language. I have a paid account and cannot access the chatbot; I have purchased the account just for this, and I am very frustrated at the lack of customer support and useful information in the Learn Center.

How do I see the email that was used to submit the file? In the file link, they are asked to put their name+email. As part of the naming convention, I can see the name but I need access to the customer's email as well to send a follow-up..
I created a Dropbox account, but I got an email from DocSend asking me to verify my email address.

(Home PC) Hello, I just signed up for DropBox basic and I got an email from DocSend Support asking me to verify my email. I want to confirm this is a legit email and not a scam before I proceed. When I click on the information the email is from mailto:support@docsend.com My cousin also set up a DropBox basic account and she sent me a file and I did get an email that she sent it to me. I am going to watch the Get Started videos before I open the document. Thanks
DocSend being used to impersonate me for phishing
Dropbox DocSend has allowed a bad actor to send a phishing email to hundreds, if not thousands, of email recipients, purportedly from me. I reported this to Dropbox immediately using the link in the email and received no response. It is now 5 days later and "The Dropbox DocSend Team" sent a reminder email out. Can you assist in stopping this?
