Dropbox has to sync around 25,000 files. I have already deleted the logs and restarted the client. In safe mode, deleted all Dropbox files except DropboxE64.88.0.dll. Error=action can't be completed because the file is open in Windows Explorer. Ran sfc/scannow. No errors. Ran Revo installer.
