How can I add more folders to my Dropbox folder after choosing not to sync all?
Question or Issue I installed the dropbox desktop app on a new computer I set up. During the install it asked if I wanted ALL folders/files or just some. I selected a number of folders to be included and proceeded. I now find that I want to add more of the folders on the .com site to the desktop site and have them synch. How do I do that? If I try to "Upload" the folder it wants to upload all of the files in dropbox. I looked at the help topics and could not find anything that addresses my issue. Im sure its simple, but I havent figured it out. Thx
My files aren't syncing. Is my app connected to the right account?
I am a new employee to a company. The previous employee had a dropbox acct on the same computer that I use, however my files are not syncing with the other team members for the company. When I open preferences below is the dropbox folder location which is that of the previous employee. How can I resolve this issue?You are not eligible for Dropbox on File Provider at this time

When I look at the Sync tab in Preference, it says "You are not eligible for Dropbox on File Provider at this time" under Dropbox Folder Updates. All of my synced files are defaulted to be online only and shows Zero bytes in Finder. There is no right click option that I can make them offline available.

I can't access or download my local files in my Dropbox folder

I continuously synchonize my documents with Dropbox (as back-up), and have the impression that things changed when I installed a new laptop (the previous one crashed). In the security chapter of the admin in stated: "Vault is no longer available—your files were moved to a Dropbox folder." Also my windows explorer became VERY slow in recognizing files and folders and showing the content (see screenshot). Where and how can I unlock those (blocked) files? Anything else I should do to avoid this repeating. because I will need a new laptop in the course of this year?
Raw iOS files are uploading to Dropbox as .jpg via camera uploads.
Hi - I just saw a post in which April from Dropbox said that Apple Camera Raw transfers on camera upload (I’ve noticed mine don’t) and then did simple test because I don’t use iCloud instead preferring to use dropbox. And voila. Jpg uploaded. Only. No dng. Why is Dropbox so confident that it uploads raw when it clearly doesn’t upload Apple raw despite the setting in camera uploads saying it will? I’ve been uploading now for years thinking it did when iCloud would have. Sigh. What a misclaim!Green checkmarks are missing on my Mac's Dropbox folders.

Both my operating system and app are up-to-date and I've tried all the obvious troubleshooting techniques; closing/restarting/reinstalling the app, restarting my laptop, relaunching finder, etc. This will really affect my work if I can't resolve it ASAP, so could someone please suggest how I may be able to get the sync icons back please? List of not-synced folder when using Dropbox Selective Sync
When using Dropbox Selective Sync how I can see a list or generate a report of the folders I do not see on this device (i.e. I do not sync to this device)? I know in the Dropbox Selective Sync Panel I can click through all the folder and subfolders to find the ones I do not sync, but a list in a text or PDF file would be more helpful when I'm going to recreate the same sync behaviour on another machine.
