A shared link to a video doesn't show on my website

I'm using this code in my webpage but the video stored in dropbox doesn't show. Previously it was to but now it's not.   [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

the video format is mp4. does that not ok?

A video being in MP4 doesn't mean that it can automatically be opened in a browser. You'll need to ensure that the codec is something that can be played in browsers, meaning you'll need to re-encode the video.
