Backups do not display on website.

I cannot display my backups on the website. The URL that is not working:

https://www.dropbox.com/backup/all?_tk=web_left_nav_bar

See screenshot below. That is what I see at the above URL.

Here's what I have tried:

  1. Three browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge. This fails on all three.
  2. Signed out and signed back in.
  3. Cleared cache and cookies for all *.dropbox.com
  4. Tried at different times of the day (this has not been working for about 12 hours)

Note: Choosing "View backed up files" from the desktop app works fine to display the files from a backup. I just cannot list the backups and display the files on the website.

Hey adj7388, I'd be happy to help!

Out of curiosity: do you try to follow the link directly, or do you click the waffle icon -top left- in order to access your Backups?

    Let me know more!

Using the waffle icon in the upper left.

By the way, I forgot to mention: I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Not sure why that would matter, but thought I would mention it.

Hi adj7388, and I am assuming you also get the same results when you try to access the link directly?

Yes, same result accessing the URL directly or via the waffle menu. In all browsers.

And here's what I see in the javascript console in Chrome:

Hi adj7388, can you also try an incognito tab on your browser?

If this doesn't work, can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?

Yes, same result in incognito mode. Chrome screenshot below. I didn't try in other browsers since it didn't seem likely to be different.

I am having a similar issue, if not the same one. My dropbox main web screen does not show me my Backups anywhere. To get to them, I need to search for 'PC' which then brings me to the separate Dropbox backups page. I should be able to get to all my Dropbox features from one location on the web. It should appear in the left hand navigation column at a minimum.
