Can neither "copy to Dropbox" nor download folder from a shared link
I have an Essentials license with 3Tb unused space and 50Gb download limit I believe. Someone has shared a link with datasets in a Dropbox folder. Out of 200 or so folders, 13 I am unable to download...

10 months agohi notafan100 - could you ask the sender to add your email address to the folders directly? That will automatically add it to your Dropbox account (once you accept the share). If you have the Dropbox desktop app, you won't even need to download it, and will be able to work on the files directly from your computer. https://www.dropbox.com/install
