Hey Jorge M.16!
Does this only happen with this specific .zip file or other ones too?

Hi Megan
I don't have any plugins installed
I tried your suggestion using icognito mode and clear all history, cache, cookies, etc. and still get the error message.

Hey Jorge M.16, odd indeed.
Can you try to clear your browser's cache and also try through an incognito tab or private browsing mode?
Make sure to also disable any browser plugins that could be causing this. If you get the same error let me know!

Hi Megan
I'm trying to download a 13 MB zip file. I had dowloaded before, so i don't think is a download limit.
I have used dropbox for many years without a problem, this is a new issue.
Attached the screen shot.

Hey Jorge M.16, let's see what we can find about this!
Are you talking about individual files, or folders? Also, does it happen with some of your content, or all of it?
How large is the content you're trying to download? Just checking that it doesn't exceed our download limits.
If you could also send me a screenshot of the error message you get, that'd be wonderful since it'll help me have a visual too.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
