3 years agoHave you looked on the website at the links to see if this is a new account?
If you only have one email search your emails for messages from Dropbox to help you find the account. Remember if you are with Google Danielle.Burnett@ and DanielleBurnett@ (for example) would be 1 account/email BUT here it would be 2.

Yes iv searched my email for previous emails and didn’t come across anything.
