I just looked at emails from back 2019 and it’s the exact same email.
I also payed for the professional account so I could go in and see about deleted photos to see if maybe the person stole my phone went in and deleted my photos but there was nothing there

Can you let me know when was the last time you were able to see your photos when accessing www.dropbox.com?
Also, when did your phone get stolen, if I may ask?
