Dropbox files are partially downloading

I am downloading the file through the dropbox link in the chrome browser, where it gives the option to download the file to the device which is currently my pc.

3 years agoCould you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

okay so I did try incognito, as well as clearing the cache files. I will, however, try downloading it from another browser and see if that works and will update if it works out

It sounds like there's an issue with the connection you're using not allowing the download to complete successfully.
Are you on a stable and reliable WiFi or ethernet connection?
