Could you try another browser or an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you get the same results?

Ashley SYC, can you also check your default browser for any pending updates?
Restoring your browser to its default settings and disabling any browser plugins may also help. The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.

Hi Nancy, I checked my default browser for updates, and there was one. I relaunched the browser to finish completing the update. Then I reset settings. However, Dropbox.com still will not load properly. I am not having this issue with any other website.
