    Hey Ashley SYC - sorry to hear about this.

     

    Could you try another browser or an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you get the same results?

     

    If you do, we'd appreciate a screenshot too so that we can have a visual.

A screen recording would definitely be useful, but unfortunately, you can't attach one through the Community.

Ok. Screenshot is attached. As you can see, the page is half-populated. There are some elements. This is most likely the case. Sometimes, nothing at all appears, just the dropbox loading icon. And then rarely, the page fully populates and everything is fine. Probably one in twenty tries does the page fully populate and everything appears fine.
