    Hey sofiakuber - sorry to hear about this.

     

    Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

     

    As a side note, are you able to create new shared links or are you getting an error as well?

     

    Let us know more and we'll take it from there, Sofia.

      Hi, I have attached an image of the message I am getting. And no i am not able to create any links either

    I see, thanks for the screenshot, Sofia.

     

    This means that your shared links have been banned which is also affecting your Paper docs. 

     

    Would it be OK if we sent you an email to have a further look internally?
