Dropbox thumbnails not showing on my Google Chromebook
So I'm trying to transfer files from laptop to laptop, Google Chromebook OS' 32-bit to 64-bit (Linux) if that helps any. It worked, to some degree... But for some reason the thumbnails will not load ...

2 years agoHi there, @FungusSausage, thanks for reaching out to our Community.
Can you give us some info on how you transferred/added these files to your Dropbox?
Is the issue present on both the ChromeBook and the Linux computer?
Also, are you able to open the image files on the ChromeBook as normal, despite the thumbnails not showing up?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

It's happening on both of my computers, and I transferred the images through dropbox via the "upload folder" option.
I am capable of opening the images on both devices and they show up, but the thumbnails will not show.- Walter2 years ago

Thanks for clarifying that for us @FungusSausage
Can you please clarify where exactly are you spotting the issue with the thumbnails as it's not quite clear to me from your screenshot?
Is this when you navigate your files locally on your devices or via a 3rd party app perhaps?

Right, when Dropbox syncs my photos to my files app on my laptop, and makes a new folder for dropbox, the folders-images do not show the Thumbnails to images when I open a folder.
