dropbox video link not working
Good afternoon. made a website through the Tilda service, and used a link from Dropbox to play the video on the site, where there is an uploaded video. Previously, the link from Dropbox worked and the video was displayed on the site, but recently it disappeared. Tilda support said that this is a problem on the Dropbox side. Help solve the problem.
Hi Alex_evst, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
What error are you getting when the link is displayed on that site?
Does the link work normally when you access it directly via the site?
This will help me to assist further!

Hello marik17, let's jump right into this!
Do you get any specific errors when trying to preview and open the link directly through Dropbox? If so, what is the error?
Let me know more!

Hey Alex_evst and vizzioner, are you still having issues with this?
If so, can you try using a different browser or clearing your browser's cache, to see if that helps?

Could you try using raw=1 for the shared link to see if this helps for that site?

Tilda's support wrote "for some reason, dropbox stopped displaying videos via a direct link." There is no error code, there is just a link and for some reason the tilde does not display the video on this link. Previously, everything was displayed well and suddenly the video stopped displaying (the settings were not changed and the site was not edited).

What is the specific error that you're getting, or that the site is reporting?

The video is stored on the dropbox, accordingly, I took a link to the video and inserted it into the Tilde website through the html code. It used to work, the video was displayed normally. Today, the videophone is gone, the site itself is loading and the videophone is not. Tilda's support wrote that this is a dropbox error.
