Error when trying to preview shared files on the website
Hi. When trying to access some shared personal files I get this error. Im not sure if its a setting my work has changed on the work issued laptop. Anyone have any workarounds that are simple to explain?
Hey Kane S., does the issue persist when you try from a different browser on your laptop?

Hi there, Kane S., thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Have you tried previewing these files from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if you get a different behavior?
Let me know what you find.

Hi, original issue was on Microsoft edge. I tried on google chrome and got same error, cleared cache and then it worked on google chrome. Issue remains on Microsoft edge but at least I can now access through Google Chrome. Thanks
