Export screen keeps getting stuck

Suddenly I can no longer Export my DropBox files to any format: Markdown, PDF, etc. Every time I try to export, I keep getting stuck on the screen with the little wizard that says "Waiting to start....

    Update: It just worked. I don't know if Dropbox did anything to fix their Export service, but I tried again after waiting an hour and I was able to export my Paper doc.

Hello, I'm having the same issue. The export is being stuck on the wizard. 
Is this something you can help with? or should I reach out to support

    Hey vmatsuk - sorry to hear about this.

    This issue should be fixed now, so if you're still getting stuck at the same page, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache and trying again.

      Hi Walter​ - I'm having the same issue. I tried clearing cache, incognito, and even different browsers. Dropbox always gets stuck on "preparing files for export." Thanks in advance for your help!

        As there could be a few reasons as to why this is occurring, In order to look into this matter in more detail, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate further.
