File won't download fully

I have a 42 GB video file which doesn't get downloaded completely. Whenever I download the file, it gets downloaded up to 32~35 GB and then says the download is complete but the video is not playing. I tried across 3 different devices and two different wifi networks but the issue persists. When I try downloading it from the desktop app the download is never complete the icon is always in blue. There's no issue with the uploaded file because I shared the link with someone in Bangladesh and they could download it. Please help me fix this issue. I Tried everything like clearing the cache, rebooting the device; uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox PC app, but nothing helped.

Hi Gunther MMG  - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

If you've ensured you have enough space on your hard drive, have you tried another browser to download the file, preferably with no extensions or plugins running?

When you tried syncing the file, was the app syncing normally or was it stuck on this file?

Let me know more and we'll take it from there, Gunther.
