Getting a blank page when trying to export my passwords on the website
I want to export my passwords. When I follow the instructions (How to use Dropbox Passwords - Dropbox Help), I get basically a blank page:
As you can see, there is no "Preferences". If I sign out, it takes me to a sign in page, which brings me back to the above page.
The instructions also mention the mobile app. When I go to the AppStore, there is no "DropBox Passwords" app that I can find.
Thanks for giving this a go for me tom-b - much appreciated.
I took a look at our system and I can see that you've already contacted our support team about this. I can also see that your case was sent to our experts for review so I'd recommend waiting for an update from them on your ticket as they'll be better equipped to assist further at this point.
Let me know if you have anything else to add or ask in the meantime.

Hi pacaboco, just for clarification, what exactly are you seeing when attempting to export your passwords?
Could you attach a screenshot in your next reply for us to see what you're seeing?

It is the same on Chrome, Edge, Firefox (the latter two were fresh, never been there before). I just now started fresh with Chrome (logged onto machine as a new user) and the same page displays. I tried Firefox on Linux too, but I can't get the extension to load, it looks like it tries to download, but the load does not work.

Hi there tom-b - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please let me know if you get the same results after clearing your browser's cache and/or on another browser?
Thanks!
