Grid view zoomed in too far
Hi, I am on the android version of the app. When I try to look at my files using grid view, the view is zoomed in too far so that there are only four files on screen at once, whereas before the grid view was zoomed out enough that nine files could fit on screen at once. I cannot figure out how to zoom the grid view out.

Hi there usertsf - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clarify your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there too?
If you could also send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too, I'd appreciate it.
While at it, does the list view help at all?
Keep us posted!
- usertsf2 years agoHelpful | Level 5Phone is Android Version 12
Dropbox is version 354.2.2
I don't care about list view and never use it.
There is no option I can find to post a screenshot here. - Hannah2 years ago

Hey usertsf, if you're reaching out from your mobile device, you might want to request the desktop version of the Community, to see the camera button to attach your screenshot.
It should be right above the reply box.

Thanks for posting here too, earthlingJen!
I tested this on my end as well, and if you scroll down a bit, you should be able to fit 6 files/folders in your screen, while on grid view.
I’ve passed your feedback on this though to our team, so that they can take it into account.
- usertsf2 years agoHelpful | Level 5Yes this is exactly what mine looks like. I was going to post a screenshot but this shows the problem.
Saying "just scroll down lol" isn't even remotely helpful. The problem is that it used to show a three by three grid, not a two by three, and the former was far more useful. Please tell me how to get it to go back to that. - earthlingJen2 years agoExplorer | Level 4
I managed to add the screenshot on my mobile, by choosing "Desktop Version" in my browser 🙂
- usertsf2 years agoHelpful | Level 5Still there? Do you have a solution?
- earthlingJen2 years agoExplorer | Level 4Sadly Still there...

Is there any solution yet?
And another question :
why isn't there an option to "proceed for all files" ? Normally (in windows) you can choose between 4 different options (see screenshot)
"yes, all", "no", " yes"
The option "no to all" is missing
