How can I download a PDF file shared by a Dropbox shared link?
I received a link to a Drop Box PDF file of Drawings. I want to download it as a PDF and edit it in Blue Beam software program and save the edited files to my computer. However, when I click on the sent link the program only gives me the ability to look at the file, not download it. I joined with a Drop Box professional purchase but still can't figure out how to make this work.

Hickcup003 Its possible the person who shared to PDF with you created a view-only version of the link, and disabled downloads.
First, follow Jay's recommendation and see which options you have. If you don't see download, I'd contact the person who sent the link and have them create a new one that allows downloads.

Hi Hickcup003, thanks for posting today!
What options do you see when viewing the shared link on the Dropbox site?
Is there no option to download the file at the top?
A screenshot of this page you're seeing, while hiding any personal details, would be appreciated!
