How can I share with people who don't have Dropbox and allow them to view?
i share a file, enter the address of the recipient, set it to view only, enter a message and send it.
Problem: the recipient is asked to login or create a Dropbox account. But Dropbox says:

Sharing a file with view-only access is different from sharing a link to a file. Sharing with view-only access requires the recipient to have a Dropbox account, and the file will sync to their own account. Creating a share link to the file still provides view-only access, but doesn't require a Dropbox account. Anyone with the link can view or download the file.
