How to download 500GB from Dropbox online and then add to iCloud?

My company has blocked Dropbox so I’m being forced to move to iCloud instead. This means I need to migrate anll my data/pictures etc to iCloud. Challenge is that the blocking is already done so I can...

I'm not aware of any software that can do this for you - everything needs to be locally on a machine to do the move. 

There used to be http://mover.io but that seems to have been closed down.
