I did nothing, it just finally started working again! For my Teams folders, on both my MacBook Pro and my Mac Studio. I guess the app might have automatically updated?
It's been soooooo long - I hope it starts working for everyone else again soon too! 🤞

I literally have the same version but the issue is still happening. I can't preview anything unless i make them available offline.

Oh no 😢 I have no idea why! It just started working one day for me, about 3 weeks ago. No rhyme or reason! I didn't do anything differently. Still running Ventura on my MacBook Pro but Sonoma on my Mac Studio, so I don't think it's OS version related either.
I hope it starts working for you (and everyone else) again soon!
