I cannot find the option to download my files from the website
maybe because it is 6 years since this started, but on my Dropbox.com, the three elicpes on have two options: Transfer and share. And Transfer does not seem to work. When I click on it, I am taken to the upgrade page. With Nothing that shows/ discusses transfering folders.
Do you have any idea what is going on???

Hey hollis1818, thanks for posting to our Community.
I moved your reply to a thread of its own, since the one you posted in was a bit old.
I understand you're trying to download your files from the website, but cannot find the "download" option when clicking on the "..." (ellipsis) button next to the files, right?
Can you check out this article with some troubleshooting steps for web issues, to see if they help?
If you keep getting the same behavior after those steps, please send me a screenshot of what you see on your end, so we can investigate further.
Thanks!
