I cannot open my PowerPoint file online.
My powerpoint won't open online. I could yesterday but not today. i have cleared cache

I am having a similar problem. I have also cleared cache, restarted my computer, and tried 3 different browsers (chrome, edge, and firefox).

Can you give us some more info on what you see?
Are you getting any error messages when trying to open the files?
If so, please send over a screenshot, so we can check it out.
Also, are you having this issue on all your PowerPoint files or just a specific one?

It's happening for all of my powerpoint files. After clicking "Open powerpoint for the web", it opens the powerpoint window but doesn't load the file. Screenshot of what I see for every file I try to open. If I leave it open long enough, I will eventually get an error message.
