I can't see my files on my Mac at home, they don't seem to sync.
My file is in a dropbox folder at work
I can see it on the web
It does NOT show up on my Mac at home.
The web say, this file is Hiden from you.
how do I fix this so I see the file at home an...

I'm going to need to gather a few more pieces of info and get closer into what is happening.
As a first step, could you clarify the app's current version that you're using on your Mac at home, along with its syncing status? You can find this info by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon in your menu bar next to your WiFi.
On the same device, if you click on the Dropbox icon in your menu bar, then on your initials/profile pic and then on "View sync issues", does the app report anything there? Feel free to have a look at this Help Center article for more info.
Lastly, you mentioned that when you visit your account online you see that this file is hidden from you. Can you let me know more about this, or possibly send me a few screenshots in order for me to have a visual?

Dropbox is stuck in Updating database. I cant get a link to a file on dropbox. I reinstalled and it's still the same problem. How much do I have to pay to get tech support to fix this.
