I can't see my photos and videos on my new phone
I just got a new phone. Shows this phone is linked to my Dropbox, but all the photos and videos that were saved to Dropbox in old phone are not here. How do I get everything I previously saved?
No maâam. I just uploaded them all and didnât really have a clue what I was doing. I had never used Dropbox before. I just know they are still in my Dropbox in the old phone but they arenât here in the new phone.

In that case then you are almost certainly using 2 different logons on the 2 devices.
You can easily test that by adding something to the new phone and seeing if it appears on the old one and vice-versa.
- Ok I will try that when I get home to the old phone. I should be signed in via google on both.
