I want to download all my Dropbox files into OneDrive

I am attempting to download all my files and get them into a onedrive account. this really does suck, I have been using DB since pre 2012. I will lay this out quickly (my griefs, and get to business).

What I THINK I have:

(1) dropbox through apple (have no idea how this got added in the first place)

(1) original account tied to my main email address

(1) account tied to another email that I used for communications with my certain customers (it says it is a member of a group or something - i don't know, i did not do it, so i DO NOT UNDERSTAND IT)

when i look at my bill, it seems i pay for the same dropbox multiple times as well.

BUT - BEING THAT I CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING THAT CAN EXPLAIN IT, OFFER OPTIONS, RECOMMEND THINGS, SEARCH AND SEE JUST EXACTLY HOW MANY ACCOUNT ARE TIED INTO MY EMIALS. I CAN NO LONGER DEAL WITH PAYING FOR MULTIPLE ACOUNTS, WONDERING HOW THEY GOT THE WAY THEY ARE.

not to mention - i have had (2) major issues that should have been red flags for me.

(1) all of my wedding pictures got deleted off my main account. Every single picture. reached out for help. "oh, if you tell us how they got deleted, we can help" you know, if I knew how, or why, or how, i would have prevented or fixed it myself.

(2) - same thing as above, except - they were documents that i needed for an upcoming court dealing. every single file - vanished and gone. dropbox again told me that if i knew what happened they could help. i told you what happened - they are gone out of the service that YOU provide for me, in exchange for MY MONEY.

i am a business owner. a business that is not a cloud service provider. i do business with one, dropbox. like my customers expect me to know my business, i expect that from DP what i cannot do for myself (be an expert at cloud storage, document safety, document recovery, and customer service).

with all that said- i just need to know how to get a link to transfer my things to a one drive account. and yes, i do need help with this, bc i am unsure of exactly how many accounts, what emails, and these type things i am dealing with.

if you can help me, please do. if you cannot. please do not chime in.

Hi there, M_Spano, thanks for your post.

I understand your frustration, especially when multiple accounts are involved, the situation can get pretty confusing.

At this time, there's no link or automatic way to download or export your Dropbox files to OneDrive.

If you have the Dropbox desktop app installed and all your files available offline in your local Dropbox folder, you can upload them or copy them to OneDrive from there.

Otherwise, you'll need to download them from our website and then upload them to OneDrive.

I hope this helps, but if you have more questions or need assistance with the other issues you mentioned, I'd be happy to help.

    Thanks.

First of all welcome to the community M_Spano

Judging from a few context clues:

    1. You think you're being double charged for your account
    2. Some of your files have gone missing

I think you may have opened a second account inadvertently (maybe through Apple) and you started using that one instead of the other account with your stuff in it.

I would first get your account issues taken care of before we dig into the transfer of files. This is important because solving your account issues will make figuring out everything else a little easier.
